Top issues during term (2)
medium↓Aug 2024[0]
beach parking lot closures
Fewer beach parkers means less parking revenue for the city and state, and nearby shops and restaurants could see fewer weekend customers.
high↓Apr 2021[0]
land use plan certification
The biggest money effect is certainty: clearer development rules can shape property values, permit timelines, and project costs, though the plan itself doesn’t come with a direct city payout.
